For customers within the US : 2 weeks-25 days.
For customers within Canada : 3 weeks- 1 month ( Tax free )
For customers within Australia : 2 weeks- 30 days.
For customers within the UK : 2 weeks- 30 days.
For customers within Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea : one week-18 days.
For customers within Europe: 2 weeks- 30 days.
Rest of the world : 2 weeks- 30 days.
Rush Order: 8 days - 14 days ( Extra Cost : 20 USD dollars )

Returns
If you are uncertain about any fabrics, please purchase our fabric swatches.We have no stock, made-to-order with a possibility of tailor-made with fair extra.
As all of our dresses are handcrafted and custom tailored, please note that we do not offer refunds as all our handmade silk garments or custom made silk garments. If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact Customer Experience within 10 days of receiving your order.
Could I avoid purchasing unfitting dresses?
Yes! Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In order to avoid problems, please send us your measurements and those garments size you usually wear. we could help to choose right size for you to avoid unsatisfaction purchasing experience.

WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
