Each piece is then made-to-order based on the specific measurements you provide. We believe in a transparent and collaborative creation process. Throughout the making of your garment, we proactively share photos and provide updates, ensuring we are perfectly aligned on every detail from start to finish.
Our patterns are developed and refined on a diverse range of real body types. This commitment, backed by over six years of specialized experience in addressing fit, has resulted in one of the lowest rates of fit-related dissatisfaction in the industry
Due to our made-to-order business model, which allows for minimal waste and greater exclusivity, we generally do not carry pre-made stock.
However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Here is how we can help:

Made-to-Order & Full-Price Items: We accept exchanges or store credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.

Final Sale Items: All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

• How do I request an exchange or store credit?
To initiate a request, please follow these simple steps:

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will provide instructions and a shipping address.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.
• Who pays for return shipping?
For exchanges initiated due to fit issues or a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be split equally between the customer and our company. However, if the return is a result of an error on our part (such as sending an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
